The first was followed by KPC in 2015, in which it was ranked the Best of the best Digger Operator. This title is still retained by KPC in the following year and in 2017. "For the Digger category, our operator has been the best for three consecutive years. The Dozer category was competed for the first time with KPC coming out the champion. This time KPC Operator won two of the three categories that are competed," said Andry.
While Achmad Denial Hamdan, another selection team from Business and Performance Improvement (BPID) said, the selection process in internal KPC is done every three months. In this year, KPC managed to capture top 10 operators and follow the competition in Asia-Pacific level. The result is that two of those who were sent won the Asia-Pacific level. Hamdan continued, for the assessment criteria, there are three aspects that were assessed, namely Performance Management System (PMS), field observation and skills using the simulator. This means, the higher the Man Ready Hour (MRH) or the number of hours the operator is working on the tool, the higher the value is. "The higher the MRH, the higher the productivity of the operator is," said Hamdan.
