It is hereby advised that on 14^th November 2017, 2 (two) of the Company’s subsidiaries: PT Kaltim Prima Coal (“KPC”) and PT Arutmin Indonesia (“Arutmin’’) have signed Coal Contract of Work (“CCOW”) Amendments with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia.

The signing of the CCOW Amendments signifies that KPC and Arutmin as 1^st  Generation CCOW Companies have had their contracts adjusted to comply with the Indonesian 2009 mining Law.
