The company refers to a news report in detik.com dated 24 May 2017, with a headline: “BUMI’s Explanation in respect of Change of Denomination of MCB’s to Rp1”, wishes to clarify that company elected to change OWK unit price from Rp926.16 to Rp1 for MCB's to enable the issue to be issued as scripless after informal consultation with KSEI.
 
The decision to reduce the OWK denomination was independently taken by the company and was not imposed by KSEI.
