Attached is Summary of the final prospectus for Bumi Rights Issue and MCB amounting to $ 2.6 billion. The full prospectus can be downloaded from our website and that  of IDX.
 
The timetable based on Effective Date of 22 June 2017 for the Rights Issue and for MCB’s is attached.
 
We expect to circulate the debt Composition Plan fully next month and release the shares to Bumi held its Annual General Meeting 2016 followed by our Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 June 2017 in Jakarta.
 
Quorum was exceeded at …% and all resolutions were approved by Shareholders.
 
Summary of resolutions approved are contained in Appendix 1 and 2.
 
Additional members were nominated to Bumi’s Boards as follows:
3 on Board of Directors                       –  2 from CIC and 1 from CDB
5 on Board of Commissioners              – 2 from CIC, 1 from Bondholder, and 2 local Independent   Commissioners
